General Scope of Work

The Field Coordinator & Assistant Field Coordinator will be engage in different advocacy campaign on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Information Act 2013 (RTI) & Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Services Act 2014 (RTS) in District Mardan & Peshawar. Linkages will be develop with educational institutes and local CSOs and Journalist to arrange trainings workshops, awareness sessions with community members and with youth/students. The incumbents will carry out field related project activities as prescribed in the Project Implementation Process and Project Implementation Guidelines. The Incumbents will act as ambassadors for CGPA and uphold ethical values prescribed by CGPA and Donor.

Roles & responsibilities
  • Effective Coordination with Head of the educational institutes and identification of local CSOs and Media group at district level.
  • Organizing training workshops/ awareness sessions/theatres for educational institutes, local CSOs, journalists and for community members on KP RTI & RTS Law.
  • Having knowledge on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Information Act 2013 & Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to public Services Act 2014.
  • Ensuring the assistance needed to Project Manager is duly provided.
  • Provide support to donors wherever required in implementation of project activities in the field.
  • Ensuring the compliance of all project related guidelines by the team in their respective fields of action.
  • Ensuring that all project activities are being done in timely fashion and necessary information is being collected and updated properly.
  • Conduct meetings on awareness raising on KP Right to information (RTI) and Right to Public Services Act 2014 (RTS) with community.
  • Rapport building with stakeholders in terms of formal and informal liaison with important stakeholders e.g. KP Right to Information & KP Rights to Public Services Commissions and Public bodies, CSOs & Media Group.
  • Data collection and reporting (If required).
  • Assistance in conduction of Provincial Seminars on RTI & RTS laws.
  • Represent organization in the seminars/trainings etc. whenever required at District level.
  • Frequent travel in the project area and outside whenever required.
  • Carrying out any other special assignment given by the Executive Director and Project Manager within the field of his/her competence.
Professional Requirements
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in development sector
  • Experience of working with NGOs/INGOs/Donor Agencies
  • Demonstrated ability of implementing/coordinating projects/programs for district-level development projects
  • Knowledge/experience of implementing effective project management plans
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills are a must
  • Ability to meet targets within tight deadlines
  • Result-oriented team player
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills required
  • Sound judgment, flexibility, adaptability and cultural sensitivity
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
Qualification Requirements

L.L.B, Master’s in Social Sciences or Equaling or related discipline from a recognized university
