SCOPE OF WORK

Enumerators will support CGPA to carry out baseline survey. The Enumerator’s contract is on a need-for-work basis and is not a full-time role. The Enumerator, working under the supervision of a Project Manager, will be responsible for administering questionnaires (200 per district), to general citizens, member of civil society organizations, journalists and local government elected members.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

The Enumerator will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist Project Manager in conducting a baseline survey as per the project’s requirements for its three Districts (Peshawar, Nowshera, Mardan)
  • Seek out respondents who fit the suggested profiles in assigned locations and collect data based on questionnaires developed and supplied by the CGPA.
  • Gather and accurately record responses on questionnaires provided by CGPA.
  • Ensure that questionnaires have been thoroughly checked and completed.
  • Submit completed questionnaires and other equipment used in fieldwork to CGPA, and will, if required to do so, compile his/her findings in a format required by the project.
  • As part of each assignment, participate in briefings; carry out data collection, data entry and/or reporting.
  • Recognize and give account of problems in obtaining data and provide useful feedback from field research activities
  • Work according to the project’s needs
  • Traveling with in the district and to the head office Peshawar for reporting purpose.
  • Enumerators will be in compliance with CGPA till the submission of report of the baseline survey.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

District Supervisor will be responsible to coordinate with the Internet Dosts in her/his respective districts for the smooth executing of Internet Dost Program. This position is responsible to identify Internet Dosts in their districts and coordinate with them to achieve project objectives. District Supervisor will have the overall responsibility as district focal person to support the project and liaison at District level. She/he will manage the interventions and help in tracking project activities ‘execution and support in record keeping and quality assurance. District supervisor has to ensure timely feedback for submission to the Provincial Head Office

Job Responsibilities

A Bachelors Degree

  • Experience in data collection, administering questionnaires and conducting interviews and data entry
  • Willingness to learn and explore new experiences
  • Fluent in Urdu and Pashto
