Project Manager

Centre for Governance and Public Accountability (CGPA) is not for profit civil society organization working rights based inclusive development. CGPA is looking for a qualified individual to fill-in the position of Project Manager, "Improving Women’s Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa". The project aims at strengthening women chambers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in selected districts. The position will be based in Peshawar.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring the project effective project implementation to achieve its goal and objectives
• Timely reporting of the project
• Coordination and networking with stakeholders and with funding agency
• Supervision of the project staff
• Organizing and delivering of the project capacity development plan
• Financial management

Qualifications

• At least master degree in economics from reputed university in Pakistan.
• At least five years experience of managing development projects, specially related to economic development.
• Strong report writing and interpersonal skills
• Background in capacity building activities, like training manual development, facilities of trainings
