In order to contribute to the effective implementation of Supporting “KHOR” for Women Empowerment in FATA through Strengthening of FATA’s tribal women network “Qabailee Khor” in all
Agencies of FATA, the “Project Manager “will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the “Program Manager” (PM) and will conduct all tasks assigned by PM and facilitate in the smooth
functioning of the Head Office of “KHOR” and Agencies based activities, monthly reporting, implementation of project activities and project reviews/meetings. PM can be hired for a period of six
months by either internal or external hiring procedures.
1. Assist PM for smooth execution of HO and Agencies level activities, including following areas:
2. Supervising the weekly “Planning & Review” meeting of the KHOR staff at Peshawar Head Office & record the meeting minutes to be shared with all KHOR Team.
3. Management of all record of official data in soft & hard form.
4. Management of identification of women at Agency level in F.A.T.A
5. Management & finalization of community mobilization plans
6. Management for unregistered women for QK membership.
7. Management of women for advocacy for FATA Reforms, and against FCR, Riwaj.
8. Management of women at agency level for awareness about electoral process.
9. Management of training sessions.
10. Management of meetings with concerned government authorities, office bearers of political parties, district and local government officials and influential in the assigned areas to facilitate advocacy process.
11. Management of women Magazine “Khor Ghag”
12. Management of Media Campaign.
13. Management of IEC material.
14. To manage team about the check list for all activities.
15. Submission of reports of all activities under the supervision to Program Manager.
16. Management for identifying and recruit youth volunteers and assist the volunteer for progress of the relevant activities
17. Timely management of all relevant MOVs against respective activities (such as, event reports, assessments, attendance sheets, photographs, media briefings, scanned copies of tokens
etc.) and as defined in the official schedule. Support to KHOR for Women Empowerment in FATA through Strengthening of FATA’s tribal women network “Qabailee Khor”.
18. Ensure all targets are timely achieved in the assigned areas.
19. Participate and ensure 100 % attendance in the trainings, sessions/ forums.
