Terms of Reference
  • The Website Developer/ Graphic Designer will have the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Candidate must have Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
  • WordPress experience will considered as a plus
  • Your abilities in Custom Code programming or Framework based programming should be at advance level.
  • Candidate must have excellent Database and Problem solving abilities.
  • Successful Candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating intuitive, interactive, engaging, and brand-consistent designs
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance of website.
  • Plans site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality
  • Develops site graphics/images, icons, banners, infographics etc.
  • Candidate house strong experience in Graphic design, Branding, Logos, Advertisement design, Newsletter, Flyer, Booklet (indesign), Ebook, Book cover,
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
  • Must have a deep appreciation for clean, simple, usable interfaces
  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
  • We prefer the Print and web experience candidate
Qualifications

Master degree in IT/ Computer Systems Engineering from a recognized university

Professional Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Website development and Graphics
  • Ability to meet targets within tight deadlines
  • Result-oriented team player
  • Sound judgment, flexibility, adaptability and cultural sensitivity
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for program execution at district level for the outreach and training of 1200 women in the district.
  • Identify 10 Internet Dosts (Females with IT skills, with background in teaching or training, Job description of Internet Dost is attached at the end of this advert) in their respective districts.
  • Coordinate with Internet Dosts at the district level for project implementation under the project guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the CGPA head office to seek guidelines and provide updates regarding the implementation of the program.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the district team for organizing training/activities within given timelines.
  • Share the work plan/activity calendar with Provincial office within given timelines.
  • Participate in district cluster meetings as required.
  • Organize and conduct weekly progress meetings with your district team.
  • Conduct on-job training/coaching of Internet Dosts for standardization of training delivery at district level.
  • Implement and monitor a supportive supervision model in respective district.
  • Visit identified areas of training delivery according to the planned schedule.
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing quality assurance (QA) processes implementation at district level.
  • Collect and report agreed means of verification for each activity on the agreed timeline.
  • Prepare all means of verifications for assigned activities and share them within agreed timelines.


Required Education & Work Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • Females and local candidates having familiarity with context and language will be preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in Teaching & Training will be preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management & Implementation.
  • Member of or access to, local women bodies/organizations.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Efficient user of Internet.
  • Efficient user and holder of a smart phone
